Well there’s only one that we can see! The one that we are in. I really wish I knew how many there were overall- if we understood the cause of the big bang better this would shed light on whether we’re the only universe or just one of many.
Note that the following is completely unsubstantiated and just fun to think about- there has been an idea that the big bang came from random fluctuations in a quantum foam. If there was a particularly active region of this foam, there could be more fluctuations constantly creating universes, which would make us just one of a series of ‘concentric’ expanding universes. Again, nothing to back this up, I just like the idea.
I know exactly the answer of how many universes we can see! The answer is 1 – and that’s our own. There are many theories that there are other universes, but as of yet have found no way to prove them! My favourite is an interpretation of quantum mechanics, called the Many-Worlds Interpretation. This implies there are an infinite number of universes, where every possible outcome is played out in a different universe. So, for example, there could be a version of me in another universe who is a world famous rockstar…
In terms of how many we see, it is for sure just the one as Ed and Jordan have said. There are some interesting theories about that interpret the science in such a way that could lead to the existence of other universe’s but we have no way of proving it for now, so we can’t rule it out either way!

@Jordan don’t get ahead of yourself- there’s an infinite amount of numbers between 2 and 3, but none of them are equal to 4 :p
