      I applied back in January to do this as I thought it would be a really fun way to get involved raising awareness for careers in STEM. I found out that I got on a couple of weeks back so I was very happy to be chosen to be a part of it!

      Honestly, I love talking about science! And letting people know about all the amazing experiments that are going on all the time. It’s a great excuse to hopefully get people excited about science and to nerd out about it.

      I really enjoy talking to people about science and also sharing what life in science is like, which is not discussed enough.

      A colleague of mine couldn’t take part, so I was offered the honour 🙂 I’ve done quite a lot of science talks in high schools back at home, so this way I can remember the good old days 🙂
