      I mean it might sound a bit cliche, but I’m quite a big fan of oxygen seeing as it keeps us alive!

      Mine might be Mercury- no other metal element is liquid at room temperature (and in fact only Bromine is liquid out of the rest of the elements). Which makes Mercury a bit of an odd one out, so I’ve got to love it for that! Even if it is highly toxic…

      Tungsten. It is incedibly dense- if you saw ablock of it lying on a desk, you migh pick it up and be shocked at how heavy it is! Also tungsten’s elemental symbol is W, which comes from its original elemental name wolfram, which feels very metal🤘🤘

      If I’m going from my young self, it would have to be Thorium (because of Thor of course, bit of a Marvel nerd). However for it’s properties I think Gadolinium, because it’s really good at grabbing neutrons which is highly useful for my work!
