It definitely is! There is the old adage that Biology is just applied Chemistry; Chemistry is applied Physics, and Physics is just applied maths. Formulae and equations underpin the vast majority of our understanding of the universe, as well as being very useful for analysing data.
If you are interesting in studying science at a higher level you should definitely keep practicing your maths!

Maths is completely essential to all science! All of our theories are written in the language of maths. Arguably one of the most successful theories of all time (The Standard Model of Particle Physics) is completely written in a complex mathematical equation! Newton even invented more maths just so he could write his equations of motion. Statistics is almost used in most data analysis much to my dismay haha.
As Ed said, definitely work on Maths if you want to continue science further into university 🙂 -

Yes, I 100% agree. A good grasp of maths is definitely an essential underpinning of physics, whether it’s in order to perform various calculations with calculus or the use of statistics.

Yes math is important to science. It underlies just about everything we do. Now if you are asking this because you don’t feel super confident with math, but are interested in science, don’t let that stop you. At the end of the day, we are all experts in the math we need for our areas, but somedays I can’t add so 🤷♀️
